You pay $1 per home per month, billed annually ($12 per home per year). There's a 100 home minimum, so neighborhoods with up to 100 homes pay the same flat rate. For larger neighborhoods, simply multiply the number of homes by $12.
OnlyNeighbors is billed annually to align with neighborhood budgets and reduce administrative overhead.
Yes! OnlyNeighbors offers a 45-day free trial with no credit card required. You will not be charged unless you choose to subscribe.
You may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial payment if OnlyNeighbors does not meet your needs. After 30 days, subscriptions are non-refundable and we do not offer prorated refunds. Annual renewals are also non-refundable, except in cases of billing error.
Yes, you may cancel at any time. Your neighborhood will remain active through the end of the paid term.
Once your neighborhood is set up, residents can be invited via email or can request to join. Admins can approve new members to keep your community secure.
